Profiterole
Net: 360 g
70 g Flour Mix, 162 g Cream Mix, 128 g Chocolate Sauce Mix
Ingredients to be added according to the recipe:
For batter: 2 eggs, 50 ml (4-5 tablespoons) water, 25 ml (2-3 tablespoons) milk, 50 ml (4-5 tablespoons) vegetable oil For Chocolate Sauce: 500 ml (2.5 cups) milk For Cream: 500 ml (2.5 tea cups) of refrigerated milk
Cooking time: Approximately 25-30 minutes
Electric Oven Settings:
Turbo cooking: 180°C (preheated)
Top/bottom heating: 200°C (preheated)
1) Before baking and preparing the batter:
Line an oven tray with baking paper sized 32×37 cm. Preheat the oven to the specified temperature. Pour the flour mixture into a mixing bowl and add the egg, water, milk, and vegetable oil. With the mixer’s whisk attachments, whip first on low, then on high speed for at least 5 minutes. Take half a teaspoon of the batter and scrape off with another spoon onto the baking paper, spacing them apart.
2) Baking and sauce preparation:
Place the tray in the middle rack of the oven and bake until the tops are lightly browned for the specified time. Remove from the oven and let cool. Pour the milk into a saucepan and add the chocolate sauce mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously. Once it begins to boil, reduce the heat and continue boiling for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Remove from heat and let it cool, stirring occasionally.
3) Preparing the cream and serving:
With the mixer’s whisk attachments, whip the refrigerated milk and cream mixture first on low, then on high speed for 3-4 minutes. Fill a piping bag with the cream, pierce underneath the balls or slice the balls in half horizontally and fill the cavities with cream. Pour the chocolate sauce over the profiterole balls just before serving.
