325 g Flour Mixture, 20 g Chocolate Chips, 15 Muffin Molds
Ingredients to be added according to the recipe:
1 egg, 100 ml (1 tea cup) vegetable oil, 100 ml (1 tea cup) water
Preparation:
1) Before baking: Place the paper muffin molds onto a baking tray. Preheat the oven to the specified temperature.
Electric Oven Settings:
Turbo cooking: 180°C (preheated)
Top/bottom heating: 200°C (preheated)
2) Preparing the Batter: Empty the flour mix into a mixing bowl, and add the egg, vegetable oil, and water. Stir with a hand whisk or fork for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes a smooth batter.
3) Baking: Distribute the batter among the muffin molds using two spoons. Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over the batter. Place the tray in the middle rack of the oven and bake at the specified oven setting until the tops are lightly browned.
Cooking time: Approximately 15-20 minutes
Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving plate, and serve once cooled.
