120 g Flour Mix, 75 g Cocoa Fatty Glaze, 4 Baking Molds
Ingredients to be added according to the recipe: 2 eggs
Cooking time: Approximately 15-25 minutes
Preparation:
1) Preparing the glaze: Preheat the oven to the specified temperature.
Top/bottom heating: 200°C (preheated)
Grease the baking molds with margarine and place them on the oven tray. Let the glaze packet sit in boiled water to melt the glaze.
2) Preparing the Batter: Pour the flour mixture into a mixing bowl. Add the eggs and mix with a hand whisk for 2-3 minutes. Remove the glaze packet from the water, cut the edge with scissors, and add the melted glaze to the batter. Mix for about another minute and distribute evenly into the molds.
3) Baking: Place the tray in the middle rack of the oven. Bake until they have risen enough and start to detach from the edges of the mold.
Cooking time: Approximately 9-11 minutes
Remove from the oven and wait for 5 minutes. Serve the Chocolate Waterfall warm, either in its own mold or inverted onto a plate.
