Dr. Oetker Baking Powder ensures the perfect homogeneous leavening and guaranteed results for baking all kinds of pastries including muffins, pies, cookies and flaky pastries.

Whole bag is for 500 g of flour, while it is packaged as 10 g of bags.

Use: The entire packet is for 500 g of flour. Do not open the oven door during the first 20 minutes of baking.

Gluten-free.
