Add 400 ml of milk and 1 egg.
Preparation:
1) Pour the powder mixture into a bowl and add 400 ml (2 cups) of milk and 1 egg. Stir with the mixer’s whisk attachments or a hand whisk for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes a smooth batter.
2) Grease a non-stick pan and heat it over medium heat. Pour enough batter into the pan to thinly cover the bottom. Move the pan around to ensure the batter spreads evenly.
3) Cook over medium heat until the edges slightly curl up. Then, flip it over and cook the other side. Grease the pan again for each crepe. Prepare all the batter in the same manner.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, salt, thickener (guar gum).
